Terms Of Service!
hello! and welcome to my terms of service! by commissioning me, you agree to the terms i have set up for my commissions so that we can ensure a smooth process for both you the client, and i. thank you for taking your time to read and considering me to be commissioned!
✦ Payment is upfront in $USD (in preferred order) via Cashapp, Venmo, or PayPal.
✦ payment is given 100% upfront.
✦ the commission will be started AFTER payment, including the sketch stage.
✦ REFUNDS are only applicable through how much progress i've completed so far with your commission. (ie. 50% when i'm halfway done)
✦ please prepare full and clear references in advance! i will not accept the commission if you only have a text description or an incomplete reference.
✦ i will show/post wips of the progress to see if anything needs to be changed or if i’m missing something.
✦ if you do not wish for your commission wips to be publicly posted, please let me know beforehand.
✦ the current turnaround time is 2 weeks to 2 months. please understand that i have a life and active job so commission work takes time; please be patient with me! if you need or want your commission done by a certain date, please let me know beforehand so we can discuss!
✦ the prices that have been listed are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
✦ please contact me about commercial use beforehand.
✦ listed prices are fixed, but can vary depending on the complexity of the character design, backgrounds, or other elements i deem fit.
✦ i retain all rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy, and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self promotion.
✦ i will most likely post a few of the commissions i create; however if you wish for your commission to be kept private, please let me know beforehand.
✦ if you choose to repost my work on any site, please credit me.
✦ i do NOT authorize using my pieces as NFTs.
✦ i also absolutely do NOT authorize using any of my pieces to feed to any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.
✦ i reserve the right to refuse a commission i feel is not fit.
✦ any ill behavior will not be tolerated.
✦ please write in a clear and sympathetic manner.
✦ I work best when given specific pose/scene references ! i'd be more than glad to recreate them in my style!
